found them-

http://www.bodyquicknz.com/ingredients.htm

Has some good stuff and stuff i know nothing about or can find much on...

couldn't find quantities of each though

Also I htink a multi base before adding on is good. Which means some of those would be covered and I would need to know amounts before i bought anything.

Phosphatidylserine-I think this stuff rocks as does aceytel-L-carnitine (spel?)
for brain and other reasons

melatonin too (help balance catabolic affects of stress, including exercise)

lots of good things out there for brain for sure
brain antioxidants play a big role. (melatonin being a top one)

after 25 and certainly at 30 I think it has big benifits

acetyl-L-carnitine :

The acetylated form of L-carnitine (acetyl-L-carnitine) facilitates the synthesis and release of acetylcholine by donating its acetyl group to be used in the production of acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter. Acetyl-L-carnitine also enhances the release of dopamine from neurons and helps it bind to dopamine receptors.* Numerous human and animal studies validate the multiple beneficial mechanisms that acetyl-L-carnitine exerts in the brain.

The amino acid acetyl-L-carnitine boosts mitochondrial energy production through its ability to facilitate fatty acid transport and oxidation in the cell.*

Since 1995, Life Extension members have been supplementing with acetyl-L-carnitine and deriving the many benefits this form of carnitine has shown in published studies. With the discovery of acetyl-L-carnitine arginate, the benefits of acetyl-L-carnitine can now be greatly augmented.

Acetl-L-carnitine arginate is a patented form of carnitine that stimulates the growth of neurites in the brain. Studies show that acetyl-L-carnitine arginate stimulates the growth of new neurites by 19.5 percent, as much as nerve growth factor itself. Acetyl-L-carnitine arginate acts together with acetyl-L-carnitine to increase neurite growth.1

The last five years of research shows that you CAN improve your brain power.

Also Altzhiemers and Parkinsons etc are now known to be caused by brain damage. Protecting your brain and even improving it can be done.

for example 5% of Alzhiemers cases contain genetic markers.

Just like cancer. What you do can either cause it or prevent it in many cases and ways (90% of cancer is preventable-sadly 99% of cancer research money goes to cure..you make money off treating people)

acetyl-L-carnitine also helps athletes in other areas

Mark, did you mean 99% goes into 'care' or 'cure'?

cure! as great as that is it shows the focus of our medical system-treatment and cover ups...not health and prevention.

Brainquicken and Bodyquick are the same thing, marketed differently. The real name appointed is Cognamine, as it is for enhanced cognitive function, ie sharper responses and reflexes, increased memory recall and thought process, increased endurance etc... This was previously marketed in New Zealand as RAPID, but is now going back to the BODYQUICK branding.

They have been staunch supporters of Choppa Chapman for some time now, and Choppa uses it regularly as a training aid and pre-fight supplement. It is deemed safe and legal by international sports governing bodies.

Personally, I think the stuff kicks ass, and I really notice the difference in my training when I use it. I only use a half dose though, as the stuff is strong, and I still get enough adrenalin up as it is during my fights!

Highly recommmended though.
