What do you guys listen to when working out?

I got my pod loaded with some linkin park, bit of prodigy etc, just looking for some ideas, going to start road running and need my pod filling with tunes that will kick me in the ass!

i listen to a lot of dmx when im running in the mornings gets you pumped eminem is always good aswell,hes a very angry man ha ha maybe a bit of culture club do you really wanna hurt me lol

ha ha seriously though dmx is good the only problem is it makes you run faster and faster and before you know it your tearing along doin a 5minute mile and you still have 4 left ha ha

I knew a guy who used to workout with me in many many moons ago, think mid 90's. He used to listen to a tune "Give it up...baby give it up..." didnt know who sang it. Thought it was quite funny. Seems to have got it all fired up and he trained hard. However i much prefered "The eye of the tiger" or better still Led Zeppellin.
