Liam has fought Duwao Kongudom, Sornkom Jocky Gym, Gupi Wor Suthira and Numphon PK stereo (twice) amongst others. Andy has fought Kantipong, Chey, Ocania, Juwtapee Kit Korwit and Somboonbab Pumphanmung amongst others. Richard has fought Naitongkham Pannuanpanboran, Rung (twice), Michael Showers, and Imran khan, again amongst others.

Surely you must agree there is some serious talent in that list of opponents above.

Liam Andy and Richard are giving away massive fight experience, James France is fighting a much more experienced guy, Sarah McArty v Sam Mitchell is a big step up for Sarah as I think Sam is great fighter and Kyle Fella is really up against it with Leif as he is much more experienced and also a very strong fighter. Big tests all round.

The line up is amazing, I went last year and watched liam v Numphon that alone was worth the money, andy "gypsy" howson was injured, Mr. Cadden v Rudolph Duricia (war), James France v Phil Pullen and Andy Thrasher v Tim Thomas class acts.

These types of shows must cost the earth to put on with them flying in all the international fighters and there teams, hope its rammed to the rafters. Last years show at Leeds Town Hall and Master Skens Reebok Devere Whites Bolton show and POS 4 have been my favourites so far these definately set the bench mark for us to compete with MMA.

Awutlek vs Andy could well be worth the ticket money alone. Awutlek got the big prize last year from ch7 for their fight of the year, they had out a big cash prize to both fighters for this award and every year there is strong competition, I watched that fight last year and was an absolute thriller with both firing in elbows like there was no tommorow for the whole 5 rounds, he also has had a couple of strong close challenges for the Lumpini title recently so a very strong opponent. Samsamut also right up there, tall strong clinch aand knee style, so tough one for Liam also.

Craig Fights Ben Whitehead from Black Knights in Burnley. Yes he is fighting under his own gym Fight Unit in Barnsley. We are still in contact and working together but with his own full time gym Craig cant get to Bad Company as ofetn as he likes so he's training and fighting under his own banner.

Thai Edge ain't all that apprentley and expensive, but Chaophraya is really good and that is near the train station in the city centre.

I dont agree Sabena - Thai Edge is very good. Good food and great atmosphere. Its literally just behind the Town Hall.
Chaophya is very nice too and only 5 minutes walk away.
Sukhothai in Headingley and Chapel Allerton are also very good but a bit further out. I shall be getting a takeaway from Sukhothai this very evening!
You dont build a body like mine without plenty of Thai food.

All of this talk about Thai food has me drooling and going out for takeway now...at 10 AM.

I wondered who it was that kept having go to back in the sauna. At least it (hopefully!) wasn't as bad as someone at my BJJ gym who weighed in for an MMA fight, found the scales he had at home were completely wrong, and had an hour to lose 7 kg.

lol Marcus, same thing happened to Matt 2 weeks ago at the north of england grappling champs, he thought he was well under (scales at gym and home said same weight) but when he got there he was into the super heavies division and had to go running round sunderland in his sandals-didnt work tho coz he still ended up with the big lads ha ha!!
