Topic:Ukmf Judging & Assessment Course - £1.00
Singto Muay
Posted: 2010-01-19 12:12:07

Hi all,

The judging course will be £1.00 only, and the formal assessment will be £5.00 (£6 total).

It is our hope that this minimal fee for taking both the judging courses and the formal assessment will see a major influx of qualified officials.

Please do get in contact, we want everyone to be given a chance to get qualified.

Here is a break down of the day:

10.30am start judging course
12.00pm lunch break
1.00pm start formal assessment
4.00pm discussion and pictures

All times are approximate, but please do not be late!

You will all need to provide yourself with a pen, paper, food and drink.

Note:
Tony Myers (UKMF Senior Referee, Head Judge and Technical Advisor) will be running the courses
This will be a full day of training, please make arrangements for refreshments or join us for lunch at our local bistro
On successful completion of the formal assessment, your name will be added to the official UKMF registrar of officials

Hey all,

I would just like to highlight from the last time this event was held, we now have 5 new judges and 1 new referee out on the ciruit.

We need more, so please come take the test.

what happens when you pass the test...does your name get added to something?
Singto Muay
Posted: 2010-04-07 06:15:06
It does, a list of available judges.

If you get 100% your straight out on the scene...

If you get 90% you shadow judge a couple of shows first..

If you get 80% you shadow judge several shows first..

Uner 80%, you have to retake the test in order to begin as a judge.

Matt?

Is he based in the south or north?

I mainly deal with the southern officials.

Hey Marianne,

if you get him to talk to Louis Meschia or UKMF HQ, they should be able to help him out.

Thanks
