I thought 'Shogun assassin' was shite. The story was okay but all that squirty-blood-shower shit was really crappy. For the same reason, I don't like 'Kill Bill 1', 'Kill Bill 2' was class.

Sword of Vengeance and Babycart at the river styx are the follow on films from shogun assassins. It's also where Rza got a lot of his intro's from for his music on films and production of other wu songs. thought kill bill2 was shit and 1 was good

"The Boxer" (Daniel Day-Lewis) set in Ireland, I thought it had a good storyline, some good action and drama... I had never heard of this movie until one day I found it in some DVD sales bin. I guess it may have been popular over in the U.K

Haven't seen riff raff, need to look that one up.

Love Honour and obey

Great movie

The Business by Nick Love (Made the Football Factory)

Not a bad movie but the sound track is great. (set in the 80's)

Plus you cringe that you used to wear some of those awful
tracksuits.

Anyone seen "Dinner Rush", really quite a low budget film, a bit quirky in that the entire movie (with the exception of one scene) is shot on location in a restaurant.
The plot is fantastic, little known cast were perfect. I'm a real movie buff and it's definitely one of my all time favourites. The timing is beautiful. If you haven't seen it, get a hold of it, it's awesome.

I kept switching back on to it, I dont know why cos it was shit, never got going, and had a very shallow storyline which ended as soon as it had started.

basketball diaries is really good. Leo is amazing in it

'something wicked this way comes' is an old kids movie that scared the shit out of me when i was little but very good.

'audition' a typically f***ed up Japanese film, weird and gave me nightmares but still had to watch it til the end

the ring films (japanese version) i blame these for me not being able to watch horror films now as i get so scared but they are amazing films just dont watch them alone!!

'the big nothing' with simon pegg & david schwimmer is good!

'the hunting party' with richard gere is brilliant!

'before the devil knows you're dead' with phillip seymoor hoffman,

also watched 'the debt' on the plane in december with Helen Mirren & sam worthington and its really good!

also, (its a tv series not a film) but 'Homeland' with claire danes is the best thriller tv series i have watched since 24!
