Expectations are high the last one was boss!...no pressure.

Gutted im away and missing out on doing this one with the little goblin. Oh well im sure there will be plenty more, and on the upside if im not there it means youre the one who's gunna get thrown around and kicked all over si? lol take that. Serious though it will be brilliant again, fingers crossed touch wood we have never had any bad feed back afer any of the seminars so this one will be just the same.

Will there be future seminars down south anywhere?

Due to extent of the damage at the gym we will be closed for possibly 2 weeks to a month to get fully operational again. So this saturday's seminar will still be on but at a different venue that will be announced tommorow



...............then I will be going out with liam & anyone else who wants to come out and get smashed in the pool!!!!!!!!!!!

Gutted for you Si, hope all cleans up well, I'm in the pool on Sat daytime so might stay over & teach you a thing or 2 about drinking!!!

Seminar was ace, should of chose a a different day than 4-1 liverpool v man u!!!! LOL still we had a good turnout and I got beasted on the pads by mr. deang who quite possibly the nicest bloke on the earth and a funny man too.
Ask him to do his lobster impression funny as fooook!

Thanx again to liam who brings something new to the seminars everytime everyone gets on with him so well. No doubt its cos he has relations on scotty road he's half scouse you kno!! haha
