What a farce Harrison is. During the build up to the main event, they interviewed Frank Bruno who made a freudian slip and called him Ordinary Harrison.
You could tell quite clearly from the presenting team (McGuigan,Nelson and Jim Watt) that they didn't have much time for Harrison before, during and after the fight. The bloke has no heart.
It was a lucky win for Hayes stablemate on the undercard as well. George Groves was fighting at Super-Middle and comes across as a fighter that people will come to like on a personality basis. This was a learning curve for him on a fighting basis though, as his opponent gained the upper hand quite quickly and should really have beaten Groves. But credit where its due, Groves dug deep and produced a great flurry of punches working the body and head and the ref stepped in to stop the fight.
Not the greatest night for British boxing, but good to see all the 'old school' at ringside, including my hero Nigel Benn.

Harrison should feel embarrassed about his performance. He didn't throw any punches of note, and was literally on the backfoot throughout the painful 3 rounds. Sorry, 2 and a bit rounds.

Where does he go now?
Domestic title hunting again i think, with very little interest in him. He is going to linger and linger in the background like Danny Williams, living off his Olympic success as Williams does his Tyson one. Shame really as Harrison is a big, well conditioned fighter that has/had so much potential that could never be met due to his own mentality.

If he is lucky he may be given a shot at a WBO title or something.
