Chicken/meat cook with (stirred in) gree or red pesto, steamed or boiled veg (small amount of water) & lid on Broc/Cauilflower ect, quick cook or fresh pasta. Fridge to plate in 15mins BANG!

Steak cooks in 10mins, rice(boil in bag)in 10mins.

Its not hard mate, just got to plan ahead a little

a good formula is to have a protein drink, with an hand full of oats and a banana. have it about an hour to 90 mins before you train.

When you get in have some meat or fish with some green veg or salad.

The trainer at the fitness first got me on this and i have got the training in and leaned up aswell

Steamed salmon and broccoli with a baked sweet potato. Not a huge meal but full of very good nutrition and elements.
Felt nice and full afterwards.
