Beginner - Shin guard sizes?

Hi, I'm looking to get some shin guards instead of using the club's, but how do I know what size to get? Medium/Large/X Large? Any help? I'm 5"10 with size 10.5 feet and slim build.

I would suggest medium. However I guess it varies between the different manufacturers.

large all day if your that tall, i use medium and 5 foot 6
