Who is on the line up for this one? Its a shame to go back to gatecrasher not a good venue. The bingly hall (i think its caled) is so much better.

Matthew mate after speaking to Yogi after the show what he is wanting to do is use both venue's resembling the size of the shows, like he says just B and C class fighters at Gatecrasher with it been a smaller venue and his main Super Shows at the Bingley Hall with mostly A Class and a few up and coming B Class fighter. Totally agree mate Bingley Hall is an amazing venue, 1 of the best I've been to but the next 1 there will be something to look out for trust me ;)

The Gatecrasher show always delivers some great fights and is a good little venue for the younger up and cominging fighters from the local gyms! Looking forward to having a few lads or my own on it Yogi mate ;)

Thanks for putting the record straight on that Andy dont see the point of using a A Class venues for novice shows, takes away from fighters working their way up the ladder onto bigger promotions etc!

All our events regardless of its venue are always, well run, well officiated, fighters well paid and looked after, matched etc, never had a dull show at Gatecrasher, so will continue promoting from there as before.

Got a few matches on paper already please keep names coming through!

So why do you always advertise the biggest show in the
Midlands even at small venue like gatecrasher?
noel london
Posted: 2012-06-08 01:45:26
Gatecrasher is a good venue for the fights, for the guys we have put on they liked the atmosphere have all enjoyed it, nice step up from the small hall type places. If you dont like it, then dont go, or dont put your fighters on it...

I just offered a general comment saying vote with your feet if its not for you (the 'you' is to anyone). My own opinion is that it is a tidy little venue for C and B class... thats all...

Jons had 3 A class 10 B class. 12 wins 6 stoppages. And importantly is in better condition than Alex Abusin who stopped Daitan. And I trained both im well placed to comment.

Daitan is riding high and has deserved his place. Should Jon get a shot it would be a privaledge.

The maths do not stack up. Daitans had over 30 fights now not including any kick boxing experience. But Jons strong and relentless. He just stopped Jono Bracken on Johnny T's promotion. And Jono is an excellent fighter. so its for the ticket buying public to decide.

For a small show this was well organised and with a high pedigree of fighters was a pleasure officiating.

Definitely agree with Shaun, a decent little show. Great venue and good atmosphere considering it wasnt full like the previous shows. Fight of the night for me was the very first one with Luke v Macauley, fantastic display from both lads, great to watch. Ricky Sewell was ace too against a very very game opponent, how that lad stayed standing after taking them clean kicks to the head is beyond me!
Well done Yogi and Team

Agreed fight of the night for me also was the first one, both very technical fighters was good to watch. Sewells opponent has massive heart, how he carried on til the dying seconds is beyond me any other fighter would have been out from that sort of punishment

Great show - thanks for having us up Yogi! We were so proud of Kades performance in his first A class fight, but congrats to Jon for winning on points! I agree, the standard of the C class fights was amazing and it was so nice to see fighters doing part of their Ram Muay or at the very least, sealing the ring - much respect! (-:

Thanks for all your kind words guys the standard of the C Class fights was scary, so proud of all our guys, all fought amazingly!

Was a great little show Yogi mate, and again (as was the last Gatecrasher show) a really high standard for c and b class fights. Great to see Derrick back in the ring after a long lay off but you would never have been able to tell, no show of any ring rust and put on a great display Gurt taking a big win too and getting the stoppage, although his dancing later on in the evening was the highlight for me lol.

Fight of the night by far was the 2 youngsters Luke Smith V Macauley Coyle, a great display of Muay Thai and both lads looking like they had double the experience they have. Brilliant to watch.

Cheers for having us Yogi mate and i'll see you on the 26th October at the weigh in ;)

I'll concur with what everyone else has said, some really high quality fights on the show. Macauley Coyle stood out for me, yet again... amazing prospect!

Here's a few shots of some of the action you may have missed.

Thanks chaps!

Liam, I've been a little heavy in the processing on some of them - the back lighting was a quite harsh in some shots with the lights being set so low in Gatecrasher so a little post processing work was needed on some of them to bring them up to standard.

Glad you guys like them, though. :o)
