Right now in my opinion Boon are making the top shorts,and with boon you will always have them inside 2 weeks,

Topking are great shorts aswell, but can be hit and miss on manufacturing time but for the most part inside the 2 weeks,

Kinda, some thai's revere the flag more than others. Some don't like the flag low, some don't care.

Those shorts are not for a thai, though, and are no longer in Thailand :)

I have Thai flag on my shorts but it's kicking leg so spends most of time head height out of respect ..... Boom!

Got my clubs shorts in today from Siamboxingsupplies and they are exactly what they were mean't to be. Pertfect.
