Muay Thai Boxing Seminar Gloucester Sandy/ Emma Beeps Bragg

Just a Quick thankyou to Neville Grant owner / Cheif Instructor of Gloucester thai boxing club, for having myself and Emma Beeps Bragg down to do a 3 hour Seminar at GL1
ive been doing seminars for Neville for quite afew years and hadnt been down for at least 2 years !
It was a absolute pleasure to teach his students and has to be said considering he only has the 2 nights / classes a week in the top class combat room in GL1 leisure centre, the standard was fantastic, i and Emma Beeps bragg ( UKMF Flyweight English Champion-50kilos ) assisited me, and it was Emmas first Seminar she had done with me and was a brilliant instructor and considering only the night before on Craig Neilds St: helens (GREAT fighting machines show ) Emma did 8 x 2 minutes fight / rounds in the 50 kilos Womans 4 wo-man Tournament !
With a sore Leg, nose and a couple of bruises and both of us only having 3 hours sleep after a late finish from the fights then a 3 hour Drive from Sunny Bolton by the Sea to Sunny Gloucester by the Docks :-) Considering all that it went Absolutely Fanatastic, thankyou Neville and all your great students and we loved teaching it ! thanks for having us and share the Knowledge of this Amazing great Art and sport Muay thai boxing !

Credit to you and Emma. I thought Emma did fantastic in the tournamount did herself and you proud and Bolton Thai Boxing Club.
Was also impressed with your Big guy carlos how powerful is he lol.

So this is the seminar right after the fight? You know it's not healthy to OVER work and under sleep. Although, I'm sure Emma was still energized from her fight.
I'm still impressed by hearing about you and her doing this seminar right after two back to back fights.

yes sir and thing is what happened was Emma and i was booked Months ago to do the Seminar
But then a tad over 2 weeks Before the Fighting Machines show and fights in St: helens We got the oppurtunity for a Place in the 4 woman and she Smashed Training for 2 weeks only for it
Just bad ? / good timing lol

and all in the duty as a Thai boxer and days w*rk lol

I'd of been shattered. How often do you and Emma do seminars right after a fight night?
