Topic:Time To Hang Up The Gloves
Its probably about 3 years too late but finally decided to hang up the gloves. It's been a tough decision to make but the amount of silly injuries i'm getting i know it's the right one.
Firstly i owe my big bro Peter Crooke everything as he inspired me to take it up and always looked out for me. One of the best fighters i've seen and will to win was something else! I was lucky enough to have 2 of the very best trainers i could wish for in Tony Myers & Joby Clayton. Both guys had a massive influence on me inside and out of the ring. Tony is the best coach and without doubt the nicest guy i've ever met, he trained me from the start and my biggest regret is i didn't train with him till the end. I know without Jobe i wouldn't have reached and fought at the level i did. Big thank you to both you guys.
Have to mention a few others who ive been fortunate to either meet, train with or fight. First my thai blood Mark Crook Dougle who has been with me every step and always been most honest with me. My heros Kirkwood Walker & Winston Walker was lucky to have both train and corner me. Paul Hennessy for all the great opportunities he got me! Billy Waterworth Lee GlazeTony DelaneySean Seamus Skeldon for all the training over the years also Dee Jay & Richard Wain top guys! Lastly i was lucky to have fought Andy Howson Liam Harrison Damien Trainor 3 of my favorite fighters and absolutely lovely guys who i wish all the best!
It's been a great journey, i've been lucky enough to have fought in some wonderful places and have met so many great people. Thaiboxing is full of so many genuinely nice people i'm proud to have met so many!
RIP Master Pimu

Reece, you are a credit to the sport and have secured your place in UK Muay Thai history after a great career. It is always a hard decision to "hang up your gloves" but easier if you are still able to contribute and achieve, and you certainly are. It was my pleasure and honour to have coached you (as it was with Pete). I have many great memories from both training and fighting. Thank you for your very kind words, good luck and don't be a stranger. If there is any advice I can give in terms of coaching, I am always more than happy to help if I can. Take care and all the very, very best.
Reece,it was a pleasure to watch you fight and help to train you at one point.
you will always be known for your determination, good technique ,lovely shorts and beautiful stylish hair.
