I've trained my arse off and in in the best shape I've possibly ever been in.
Already 55.4kgs after last night's final session and feeling great, fit and strong and ready to roll.

Bang on fight weight now and can't wait for Saturday.
I honestly thought the November main event show would be the last time I got to fight on the same show as my cousin, but massive thanks to Alex Forman and the smash team we have both been given a massive opportunity that prob won't come round again.
Andy's not just my cousin hes been more like my brother my whole life and I can honestly say some of the experiences iv shared with him in this sport have been the best of my life and moments that I'll never forget, but when we both win on Saturday and both become WBC champions nothing will ever top that.
Its just at the right time too cos Andy is coming to the end this will defo be the last time I fight with him on a show in this country, and iv said before we've won, lost, cried, laughed and bled together, but one more time for old times sake old fox lets blow the roof smooth off the Olympia and bring those belts home..
I plan on dragging my opponent to the depths of hell cos that's where Iv been living for the last 6 weeks with Andy Thrasher and Steven Campbell got me in the best shape ever, the last 14 years that iv been fighting have all boiled down to this moment on Saturday night 1 minute after the fights finished and everyone in the building hears those words...,

Well this time last night our best show to date was coming to an end… and what a show it was.
It is such a long journey in the run up to show like this that after the lights go out at the end of the evening it takes a while to readjust and slip back into a normal routine, and that is why this post comes at such an hour.
There is a lot of hard work that goes into shows at this level, and though very rewarding in so many ways, they do not just happen – they are the result of lots and lots of hard work, and cost so much in terms of time, stress and personal sacrifice.
For this reason, we’d like to take our hats off to Brizo Calder from SuperShowDown and Phil and Daz from The Main Event. Please show your appreciation for these two veteran organizations in October and November respectively.
Last night’s show was such an overwhelming success on so many levels, that we’d be here all night listing all of the things about it that we are most proud of. And in the same way that there is not the time to list all of the things we are proud of about Smash 10, there also isn’t the time to list all of the people that we owe thanks to.
But we feel that there are a few things that cannot go without mention.
We would obviously give our deepest thanks to all of the fighters on our show, (each and every one of you are absolute stars in our eyes), and of course all of the coaches and corners.
We’d like to thank the WBC Muaythai, Goldenbelt, WKA, and the IBMTO, without all of these this show would not have been possible.
We’d like to thank our medical staff, who were looked after the fighters to the highest degree of professionalism.
And we would like to thank the brilliant Masie Emerson and Richard Vince from MA Action for realizing our vision for this production.

Smash 10 was a huge success. The feedback has been unreal, the messages of support has been overwhelming for us all on the Smash Team.
We have already thanked many people through personal messages, phone calls and our public blog on the Smash Social Media.
I do have my own personal point of view which does echo every word that Will has written on our behalf and whilst you cant please everyone especially the two faced ones who could only dream of coming to me and talking like real men we hope everyone involved in the show really enjoyed it.
It really was spectacular.!! We Thank each and every person that came into the Olympia that night who Fought hard, Cornered, Worked on the show, Volunteered on the show or supported as a fan you are all amazing.
In addition to what we have already said I personally want to thank Project Fitness and Alan Griffiths our sponsor who put a lot into this event financially and working the with us has agreed to sponsor various fighters from the show as well as Monster Muay Thai who have provided Smash Shorts from the Very start.
A huge personal thanks to Jody Jonas, William Evans & Christian Knowles for the team we have created at Smash, the 4 of us are unstoppable. We have only scratched the surface. The show Itself was always going to be, and will still be come new year the most prestigious show in UK Muaythai, we worked too hard for it not to be.
As Well as a top fight card full of talent We Made history on Saturday Night, Mike El Codo Egan won an international challenge after being the first National Title holder to defend his belt successfully, Soloman Wickstead Unified the WKA and WBC Titles..
