Rolling Back the years.. Miss it so much..!!!
4 Weeks Time 21st December..

After over 3 years out I have volunteered for 10X3 Minute rounds sparring (Muaythai or Boxing what ever you want) to help raise Money for the Francesca Bimpson Foundation...

Anyone who wants to have a go it will be a bit of Fun and raise money for a great cause and centre run by Gerard and Kieiron who help victims of serious crime on a regular basis.
Anyone can have a go from Kids, Top Fighters or even Instructors male or female, Surely we there are 10 people who fancy beating me up for a round.! Jesse Mdk Saunders you certainly owe me a round or two haha:)

So Who wants to Buy a Round.. Minimum Bid £10, (Hopefully no one too fit in the 10th Round lol)
