And at the minute Danny Harrison Little from Legions Gym (York) is out there training and fighting,Had 2 fights in the last month or so 1st round KO on Kings Bday show and then 5th round KO at Raja (i believe) a few weeks ago.

I went in July and really enjoyed it! Jitti is a really nice guy, and the coaches there are top draw too. Got some great pads, sparring and clinch work would definitely recommend.

its in rachatapisak you can get there on the metro. i turned up one night after a 2 day bender and he wouldnt let me in my room to get my bank card. i had to stay on the streets, had 200+ mosquito bites. hear the gym is constantly changing depending on which trainers are there, not sure if they have a "full thai stable" anymore, one of my friends recently went and didnt enjoy it, went to fighting spirit instead and loved it.

@paulinthailand

Always hearing mixed reviews on the gym, some swear by the place
The website has been suspended so no info from there.

What other good gyms are there in central Bangkok?
Also whats the best time of year to go?

Thanks

for training id say January is the best time of year because its the coolest month but either way you eventually acclimatize. december 5th is the kings birthday and always a great party for their beloved king, he hasnt been very well for the last few years so their might not be many more. i dread to think what the country will be like when he pass's he seems to be the only thing that can hold the place together and its still a super unstable country.

i dont really know current gyms in bangkok iv trained at 30+ gyms through thailand over 10 years but they are always changing and changing trainers. the best thing to do is find a trainer you like the look of on the internet or from old fights or anyway like that and go to them. any pinsinchai gym coach in general are absolute technicians there is a gym in chiang mai that has 7-10 pinsinchai coaches but its got so popular its gone commercial which is a real shame still its worth paying for privates from them. chay yai gym recently had karuhat sor supawan (probably in the top 10 best fighters of all time(maybe the best elbow fighter ever)) petchyindee in bkk is going to have some super coaches but it might be a little too hardcore for most id imagine

Petchyindee has a new place now it is brilliant, training is great too but it is a little too commercial and farang oriented. Eminent Air is one of the best right now in the city centre, their fighters are always on the scene in Bkk. Also Saenchai's new gym PK Saenchai Muaythai Gym seems great, not sure how far it is from the city centre.

I trained at Sangmorakot which was great at the time but I'm not sure if they are still as good now.
