Just saw this on another thread regarding the Wanlop v Yingyai fight. Frank is Wanlops manager and this may explain the descision a little better.(this is not my view as I didnt see the fight)

4 rd round: Wanlop attacked slowly he was getting out of steam and Yingyai start to clinch to stop wanlop his attacks. Yingyai could not make proper knees but Wanlop could not stop the clinching. End of the round Yingyai throw Wanlop 3 times on the floor (this are very big points in the 4th and 5th round). winner Yingyai
5th round: Wanlop start to attack again but he could only do that for a minute, And Yingyai only come to clinch, Wanlop could not stop it. Yingyai didn't make many points but he cloud make the clinch happen. Yingyai winner
In Thailand is the winner who controls the last 2 rounds and who has the most energy left. When the last 2 rounds are same they look at the other rounds.
