Calm down.
I agree Harper is a very good fighter, I also said twice that the tape up his shins had NO, ZERO, NOTHING to do with the out come of this fight.
The fight had hardly started with only a couple of techniques from either fighter. What i was asking was 'IS IT LEGAL'???
Wakeling snaped his shin after about 30 seconds, yes on Harpers knee.
It appears there are two views:
1. Lots of people do it so it must be legal.
2. No its not legal.
At least everyone agrees it was there to protect his shins and not an ankle support.
Only tossed the topic in as I found the pumped up aggressive response Harper gave to Wakelings old man abit over defensive.
Lastly Mr Harper if you read this its not a personal attack just a question in relation to rules.
To those that still think Im moaning because Wakeling lost, its not the case. Please read the following line before rushing to reply.
Again I type the TAPE DID NOT AFFECT THE OUTCOME OF THIS BOUT.
