legkick is correct. The FC fights are sure as hell NOT ignored when they happen. I'd say the majority stay and watch, especially when Brian Schwartz is fighting. He is one of the most if not the most popular fighter here. The crowd goes absolutely nuts when he is fighting. I love watching all rule styles. legkick said it right - a good fight is a good fight regardless of rules.

GCK - If you'd rather spend your time in the bathroom or standing in line for 15-20 minutes for a crummy hot dog or overpriced beer instead of watching the FC fights, that's your choice, but you're missing out on some good action.

Colin Payne - The promoter tapes the event, but it probably won't be available to the general public. I've never seen them for sale anywhere. ESPN used to show all the Strikeforce events on tv, but they haven't for several years now.
