I guess it comes down to opinions and personal experience. Personally I've always been treated well by Lanna and I've spoken to others who have also had positive experiences at Lanna but what is good for one person is not necessarily a good experience for others.
Just like I know people who have attended A Rammon Decker seminar and have loved it others have found him to be boring and un-helpful. Like I say it’s down to personal opinions.
