very true Liam, have seen very few that actually keep up with the Thai's when it comes to the 2 times a day 6 day a week sessions.

Also may sound a strange question, but the name Sam or Sammy, not being funny but are you male or female? this will also play a big part in what gyms would be able to recommend, as some gyms are still very traditional in regards to training women fighters and won't get as good attention as some others that are more accepting in this respect.
