For those who have Sky Digital, you can watch any ITV or BBC regional channel. Just go to around channel 900 (or somewhere near the end anyway) and there will be all the channel listings, so you should be able to get Central.

It`s sometime amazing what happens in Cornwall going by their local news!

P.S. This is also useful for local football matches or International matches such as NI that wont be covered by the English mainstream BBC.
