interesting and i must say in a wee bit of defense of Mark barlow, i did like some of the comments he made about
unfit / fat parents and getting them out training and mixing and getting fitter and doing it as a family unit, they did that !

nikki yep i did cringe ref: the school thing as i / we / many gyms say
keep it in the gym and report bullying etc: but as you say -( and Great post up above btw, and your welcome in sunny Bolton if you move lol )- they missed the telling lies thing off.
Agian the cringe was mainly Not Mark but Maxine swearing and bad sports(woman)manship re: loss, also "Smashing her opponents noses all over their face" woooooaaaah tooooooooooo much info:
sorry but that bit stuck in my mind :-((

But as we all and i Keep saying
