Krab,
I'm going to break my own rule here and reply to an axer without a profile.

In rsponse to your opinion (which you are certainly entitled to), I feel I should explain the 5 x 3 min B class fight and I accept that this format while not exactly groundbreaking is somewhat unorthodox.

Both Jordan Calder & Jonno Chipchase actually asked to be matched A class, full thai rules. Both parties have been training for 5 x 3min rounds and where possible this is the way they both wish to fight now onward.
However, myself & Tommy Young (The Promoters) after some carefull consideration decided that WE were uncomfortable with Jordan (who is 15yr old and technically still a Junior) fighting with elbows. The potential for injury increases tenfold when elbows are in the mix and I don't think the sport would gain any good publicity from a fighter so young beingt cut or stopped etc from an elbow.
I can't stress enough how disappointed BOTH fighters were at the change of rules. Each camp would still prefer to fight 5 x 3's, so we went ahead with it.

Obviously Krab is a muay thai purist and can see no room for shades of grey.

I hope everyone else can see that a responsible decision (for the good of the sport) was made.

Anyway, chok dee all fighters.
