Does anyone remember Rocky's gym in Waterford Ireland,
Rocky Lawlor really was ahead of his time with training priciples.
And had some really class fighters,
Paul Lenihan world champ(Legend!!!!)i was his training partner for nearly all his big fights, what a fighter.
Sean O Regan world champ(had a short but great war with Rob Kaman, he put Rob down in the 1st but got stopped in the 2nd)
Mags Tiger Dermody world champ(Fantastic fighter who i think had about 4 wars with Elle Ye
another legend, bad spelling im sure)
Liam Walsh irish champ, Another great fighter and i'm biased he's my cousin but he had some great fights with Colin Treasure, Eval Denton, Jonathan Canabata,Danny Haberlan,
Myself irish champ, i had a battle with Danny Norton(tough man too)and got injuried before i was susposed to fight Kirwood Walker and Harry Perries.
All great times
