What a show. Amazing line-up. It was like a who's who of Muay Thai. Its a pity Liam didn't make weight he was drained going into the fight he lost too much too quick and wasn't as sharp as he should have been. 61.5 is too light for him now and its time to step up a weight class. He was really skinny at the weigh in and couldn't have done any more. Anyone who knows me will know that if I was in any way unhappy that Liam had been lazy and not tried to make the weight that I would be making my feelings known! He has been in Jamaica for the best part of a week and hardly eaten a thing and lived in a sweat suit. Last 2 weeks he was doing 10 rounds every day with me, 5 with one of the other guys and runninbg every day plus clinch and sparring. He has given everything to the fight so I'm really proud of him.

Anuwats power is amazing I was wincing from the 1st low kick. He had Liam on the back foot from the word go. The first kick hurt him and did some damage which affected him for the rest of the fight. Liam did what he could and had to trade with Anuwat. He has ridiculous power much more than he looks like he should do. He said that Liam was the toughest foreiger he's ever fought and that he rattled him twice and that once he nearly went. The power of the low kicks eventually took their toll and Liam has a badly damaged knee he can hardly walk. He fought like a warrior and will be back. At this level fighters win and lose all the time so no problem upward and onward it will make him a better fighter.

It was great to catch up with some old friends and meet new ones - well done to Julie and Nathan. Julie was great against Angela Parr who gave her a good fight but Julie just had too much in every department. Great people and a fantastic fighter we shoukd all be proud of her. She's very nice and very humble and a lovely person - thanks for the help and loan of gear until I got my bag back. They lost it on the flight and it was delivered to the show 30mins before the fight with all the corner gear!

Thanks to Clifton and Jodie Brown for all their help - Clifton was awesome against Kaoklai it was a brutal fight.
