sorry but I don't believe that at all! Fujiwara was the Ratchadamnern champion in 1978 met him not long ago and he is in his 60's now. So your saying you used to be able to fight for the title, then you couldn't and now you can again. The muaythai scene here is not so big that they simply forget fighters and if he was as said ranked number one in both stadiums he would be talked about all the time here. Not taking anything away from Paul as a fighter as I know he had a lot of fights and remember seeing him fight against an old stablemate of mine back in the day, Martin Smith from Cobra, but in nearly 20 years of training and spending a lot of time watching fights in Thailand ive never seen him fight once there or heard his name mentioned either for that matter. At those weights mentioned the level of the stadium fighters is very high indeed and again no disrespect to Paul, but I just don't think he was at that level and if he was he would be a big name here.
