Hi Cath and thank you for your comments which have been received positively.

At outset I’d have to say that the photos are somewhat deceptive due to the shape of the room. The camera angles haven’t done the show justice nor the clear band created for the dancers. It should also be borne in mind that the room itself unusually provides some 12,000sq ft of uninterrupted open space with a capacity of 1,100 so I think it will be a long time before it ever looks ‘busy’. Overall however attendance figures were actually higher than previously and the atmosphere vastly improved thanks to a great crowd of supporters.

For our part we accept that we don’t have a divine right to massive support. Nor do we assume that our investment (which did run into 5 figures) will automatically generate ticket sales. It is also our responsibility to continually monitor, evaluate and adapt to ensure the shows achieve their long term objectives.

On this occasion our inexperience coupled with numerous unexpected obstacles detracted from the shows true potential but nevertheless we learned some extremely valuable lessons which will help us move forward. ’UNLEASHED’ the brand is here to stay and indeed we are probably more excited about UNLEASHED 3 than we were with 1 or 2. You are however quite right that the shows must be commercially viable for sustainability and in that respect we need to determine whether our blueprint is what the public want. Only time will tell but meanwhile thank you for your kind comments.
