what i am trying to say is that in the early days of julies career,my barrier was where we lived,we stuck at it and lost a lot in the process, then i thought it was because she didnt fight ftr, so i adapted her but i was mistaken,it was because she is a woman!! pretty devastating really.a huge error on my part.
yes the guys mentioned above are some of my favourite fighters too,but they havent achieved a 3rd of what julie has this year but if there was a thread/interview/article on who is this years best fighter,i guarantee that julie would not be mentioned unless it was a separate ladies thing,--why? she is doing the best job at representing OUR country at the moment in OUR sport.
yet everyone is ramming the growth of our ever evolving sport down our throats, putting all our eggs into one basket with the ukmf etc to make things EQUAL?? creating shows that offer the countrys best fighters to push the sport forward--why not set up a site where people get to choose the fights they want on these supershows??-- comon people quit sitting on the fence instead of defending the right for a woman that is the most successful fighter male or female in the country at present bar none.germaine doesnt get this in holland, they are proud for her to be who she is and she featured on all the top shows--busy shows.--i think julie can beat her.--how many male uk fighters in any weight can beat the best fighter in the world even though they will all give it a go?
when i watched the video above i watched the skill and aggression of a class fighter not her pretty face.
muaythai is a tough sexist sport to be involved in,its obviously too late for some but i hope that some of the upcoming females can see that it dosent matter how much you do,how hard you work and how much you give up--it will never be enough.get out now.
just ordered julie a cock & ball set for xmas.lol
