i think the key is the blance between teaching(talking or feedback) + pushing someone,as ive had some pad men that jst want a chat + try to tell you 2 much at once,when learning you can only learn one thing at a time then move on to the next,every pad session should have a theme to work on
also someone that works you on what you will do in the ring or have to change,no point in doing something or a combo you are never goina use
