Please find attached letter and Entry Form for the forthcoming event on April 25th.

Please note the entry form on web site is still showing the event over 2 days and cut off 1st March (PLEASE IGNORE).

5 Nations Open Event to for Kids, Juniors, Teens & Cadets "Boys & Girls"
Event Date: Sunday 25th April
Venue : Magnus Sports Centre Newark NG24 4AB
Cut off date for entries : 16th April

Medicals are available on the day at NO Extra cost - All entrants will recieve Record Book stamped to say they have competed and fight record detailed

All entries must be posted with cheque to JFCC, Highlander House, Cross Street, Newark Notts, NG24 1PP by 16th April.
