Um sorry, just a point too make, ineterclubs are important.
There's no way I would put any fighters in the ring, no matter how experienced or talented.
I have a Polish girl fresh in the country for example. She came to my gym a month ago with 40 fights under her belt.
She will have an ineterclub first. I will inform the promotor, either she will fight under her wieght or I shall fix an opponent with an instructor..
I wouldnt put any one of my students in the ring without seeing how they repsond to fighting, how I see them fight, so as to gain knowledge, how they cope with the pressure, the moment, etc, how they respond during the fight at breaks, do they listen for example, can they perform, if they have it in them....
Just my thoughts...not personal, I dont even know you wainey. :) (I Think?)

do they spar in the gym ??? interclub is no different to sparring apart from you will probably have someone definately your own weight... ive seen fighters with no interclub experience fight brilliant and seen fighters with alot of interclub experience basically shocking.....each to there own and everyone will have a different view but my view is it makes no difference... its the way your taught a good trainer will know if someone is ready to fight and to be able to fight...
