I'm new on this but having attended the recent event at the Sheffield Octagon, felt I had to make a comment:

The Headline Fight;
A quality fight to have in the UK. Andrei Kulebin, is a living legend and Imran did well. He relied heavily on his elbows and this worked initially. Andre taking nasty cuts to the top of his skull (looked like he had a new bald patch!) and on his eyebrow. The fight turned after the 3rd round when Andrei missed a roundhouse and used his talent to luckily catch Imran with a reverse elbow. Imran took a 6 second count and never really came back after that. Khan proved he may not be a world number one or two but he is without any doubt genuine World Class and was not blown away like most of Andrei's opponents are. Even Dicks who looked great against a poor Bovy was taken out in the 1st round by Andrei Kulebin!

The Undercard..this has to be divided into 2 a) Muay Thai b)Pyjama party!

a) The Muay Thai was of a good standard, from the young lads to the more refined Helene Garnett and James Ogden.

b) The rest of the fights were absolutely pathetic, worst me and my friends have EVER witnessed, lacked technique, courage and any class whatsoever! If they were cars, all would be considered Write offs!!

The VIP area:

HAHAHAHAHAHA...More like a 3rd world chicken coop! Never seen so many 'VIPs' crammed in like poultry and the food was diabolical, trays of sandwiches which made Morrison's own seem like a 5 course gourmet..absolute f****** joke! Worst VIP in HISTORY!!!
