yeh whitti i love football also an same thing happens to me i ache like f**k after my annual game Lol

think the use of muscles in a different way is the problem , hamstrings get hammered in football not so much in muay thai sometimes i go for the occasional game of squash and have same effect my calfs are wrecked, after nearly 30 years training in muay thai i can honestly say that after a 3 hour morning session more often than not i have no muscle ache wierd stuff.
