We have talked about getting our highlight of our strength and conditioning class up there so maybe but there is loads of the suples videos already on youtube. Look at steve Neve and any suples vids. Overhead spins are plyometric when performed right as are load squat jumps, bunny hops, tiger lunges, throws, torso twists loaded plyo push ups, the applications are endless and the key to achieve explosiveness is in the technique. Also check out HIRTS ropes we have recently introduced these and they are phenomenal. Again you need a good imagination to get full use of the kit. We mix them with tyre flips, battling rope work, plyo box drills, sprints, kettlebells sledge hammer smashes etc. The key is in the creativity imo.
