It is ALL about the drug testing to be fair. The first negotiations failed because of that and now the second and all the rest as Vinny says is smoke and mirrors albeit for different reasons ;-) Manny's camp say the agreed to everything they wanted 'they' being Mayweather's camp. Unfortunately it is Mayweather doing the testing it's USADA. And CEO of USADA Travis Tygart said Pacquio agreed to the test but no blood sample 30 days prior to the fight. USADA drug testing isn't up for negation! So no fight. Freddie and Manny say he doesn't like to give blood so close to a fight and blame that as a reason he lost to Morales. USADA say the blood test in no way puts a fighters performance in jeopardy and the sample equates to half a teaspoon at most!! This is USADA saying this not Mayweather. Only blood tests reveal the type of PEDs Manny is on. So until they are completely out of the system and untraceable by blood test the Mayweather fight won't happen. Simple. If Manny wasn't such a likeable character everyone else would see what's going on but people don't want to believe their hero could be cheating. As with most boxing conversations at the moment it gets onto PBF & Manny. All I hope out of this fight is Cotto does himself proud and boxers to his full potential – if so it won’t be as one sided as people think. Although I think Mayweather wins on points.
