From what I have seen and assessed here on this topic/debate and without seeing the fight and from my chats with Mark and other officials in addition to seeing the above scoring, I can conclude the following based upon my experience and qualifications as a Judge:

Judge 1 scores Wakeling WIN
Judge 2 Scores Levin WIN
Judge 3 Scores Wakeling WIN

2 Judges score win to Wakeling 1 Judge score win to Levin

WAKELING = WIN

All score cards are collected and handed to the Chief Judge who checks the scores and announces the results to the Referee who in turn tells the MC

From what I read here, 'DRAW' was indicated on Judge 3's score card when in fact they had scored a win this is the area where the confusion lies and hence the investigation.
