I honestly don't understand the card with two successive dots given to Levin. Give R3 a 10-9 to Levin, then you get a 48-49 decision to Steve.

Why it was written a draw when the score contradicts that outcome is slightly less baffling than when the lead official ACCEPTED IT!

We are in dire straits in the USA with shotty and erroneous scoring which plagues even the highest levels (e.g., Howson v. Adanza), and the UK has for years been an example on how to do it properly. Unfortunately, this outcome mars that.
