Hello All,

Dislocated my knee last week whilst sparring - i'm in the process of sorting out an MRI and potential surgery on it but just wondered whether anyone had suffered a similair injury, and whether they made a full recovery in order to carry on training properly?

Always the case, that I was just starting to make some progress and training on a more frequent basis, and then it goes. Unfortunately its happened a couple of times before, so i'm hoping surgery will cure it once and for all.

I'm hoping it wont rule me out for an extended period - luckily the kneecap went back in place straight away, i've just got extensive bruising!
