i have dislocated my left knee twice through training. first time in 2003 (which was quite bad) and second time in 2006. the first time i did it, the knee cap tore right round, the paramedics had to plce it back in and i was taken straight to hospital i was on crutches for 8 weeks and had to have physio for ages. the second time it wasnt anywhere near as bad, the knee cap just went back in by itself, but i was still wobbly fora month or so afterwards. touch wood, i have never had any more problems since though in either training, sparring or through 4 fights. my legs are much stronger now which might have something to do with it but when the weather starts getting cold, my left knee can ache quite badly!!
