K1 champ Andy Souwer makes phenomenal mma debut

www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3Z0eIuyiic

Brian Ritchee will probably have this moved to the dormant mma forum but in double quick time, but I feel it has it's place here.
Long time kickboxing and K1 veteran, made the leap in mma, and he looked sensational.

I've been a long term advocate of the Dutch style of striking, and in particular their training methods, and in my view, they offer the best fundamentals for striking when it comes to transitioning into mixed rules bouts.
And Andy Souwer put that on full display.

He seems to have become adept in the grappling area also, comfortably getting out of bottom position, maintaining top control, and landing some nasty knees.

Finished with a quick crisp striking display.

Excited to see what he can do with this next phase of his career, diversifying from pure striking, bringing those striking talents into the public spotlight, even more so.
