***TEST*** KICKBOXING LINKS PAGE

I have been checking out a lot of the Kickboxing links that are on the internet today. I must say, the quality and number of Kickboxing sites out there has risen exponentially since I first started my site in February of 1997. I am very impressed with what I've seen and very happy to showcase them here. If there are any KB clubs, Organizations, or fans that are considering designing their own site, check the links below for examples.

Soon there will be seperate sections as soon as we finish most of the links that we are working on. Stay Tuned!

United Muay Thai Association

The UWMTA homepage tries to be a general resource for the members of the association.
The association seems to be relatively young, with 27 schools in 9 states/countries listed in the schools section. The page features a message board, a school and trainer directory, page for the training camps, a minimalist equipment page with order form, a page for fighters, a membership page with a printable registration form and some photos to help getting familiar with the organization and members, a handful of short PR and other articles (including a sample description of a class), a few links, and a Muay Thai music clip in .au format.

Official Chakuriki page

Chakuriki is a Muay Thai and Kickboxing Gym in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Although the Chakuriki style was meant "to be a mixture of traditional karate, boxing, wrestling, judo and jiu jitsu, coupled with rigid meditation sessions (another part of the style was handling the traditional kobudo weapons such as bo, manriki gusari, nunchaku and the sai)", their fighters are undoubtedly very successful at Muay Thai and Kickboxing events.
The site provides biography for the founder, Thom Hanrick, style history, dojo info, European/World Muay Thai Association info, a concise links page, a fighter database, and an online shop featuring Chakuriki wear.

Mike Miles National Kickboxing and Muay Thai

This is a complex organization, catering for most every aspect of promoting Kickboxing and Muay Thai, mainly in Canada.
Besides the very detailed discussion of the history of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Full Contact Karate and fellow sports/martial arts - which AX considers to be recommended reading! (found under 'Kickboxing/Muay Thai thoughts'), the site is very comprehensive; some of the sections: career biography of head instructor Mike Miles and his lineage, offered classes and schedules, news, fighter infos, Canadian WKA and IKF ratings, past and future events, massage therapy and body sculpting, goods for sale and links.

This is a test
This is a test of what a description COULD look like. It would be a marvelous description of what is offered on the link that is in question. etc etc etc. This is something that could take up a decent amount of space. yada yada.
