The purpose of this form is to allow users to assist the moderation in maintaining the forum by reporting posts that are breaking the rules. You should only report posts that appear to be breaking one of the forum rules. This feature should NOT be abused. If we feel someone is abusing this feature, we will moderate their account accordingly.

and thats exactly why we need to think about structure...build from the bottom up. Their are people now pursueing a proper amateur structure resulting in amateur fighters far better than some of the 'pros' and when they all come through the game will be much better for it.

what you say about titles is spot on, however its not the 'mickey mouse' groups who are the only ones doing it, some of the titles being put on recently by the 'legit' ones are terrible IMO.
