Muay Thai Northern Fight League - 17th OCT

Northern Fight League has now moved from MMA to entirely Muay Thai Promotins, in Association with Paul Hamilton and DBMA we are now planning the biggest Muay Thai event ever to take place in Newcastle upon Tyne. The event on October 17th 2010 will be held ion Liquid Nightclub in newcastle city centre and allow 1000 capacity to witness the show we intend to be different from any others.

The format for the show will be two 4 man tournaments, each tournament will be b class rules, semi finals 3x2min rounds with the final being 5x2min rounds, the winner will recieve £500 plus the UKMF santiconed tournament belt (worth another £500). We already have a lot of names for the two tournaments, we need 5 fighters for each tournament, this will ensure we are covered for any problems with pull outs, weight issues etc. Not only that but all 5 fighters will get to fight, the draw for the tournaments will be done in the ring on the night. The last fighter who does not get drawn for either of the semi finals will fight an international b class fighter from holland which we have already organised. Like i said we already have a lot of names to fill the tournamnets but would like to offer it out to anyone else wanting to give it a go (b class only) any fighters to be put forward please send their details to Paul Hamilton @ dbma@hotmail.co.uk.

Aswell as the two tournaments and the extra international opponent for the 5th tournament fighter, the Fight Card will be as follows:
