What rule is this post breaking?

you should really be training once a day 5 x a week, 6 if possible for fighting. you need to cover so many things for a fight- technique, pads, sparring, drills, getting fitness up, not to mention all the other stuff (strength work, sprints etc) you cant fit all that comfortably into 2 or 3 days a week. if you're lucky enough to be able to train twice a day then maybe 4 days is ok. the main problem is finding time for rest and recovery, just as important as the fight training. although i think sometimes, the fitter people are, in between fights the less time they need for fight training. problems arise when people only train if they have a fight coming up, they make a mountain for themselves to climb.
