What a fantastic night of British Muay Thai, a massive congratulations to Steve and Kieron.

I was the senior official for this event and what a rocky road the last week has been.

To clear up a few points:

I did not judge last night, that score card is not mine, neither did i add them up.

Simply - one red/ one blue/ one draw - its a draw!

The fight was original a WMC world title fight, and for one reason or another that began to change from Monday onwards.

By Friday it was nothing more than two great fighters going to war for the Love of it.

This then made the event a sole ukmf sanctioned event. We decided that as The international judges had already been booked for the main event, we could save the promoter some money by using them for the whole event

If We had not done this the promoter would of had to pay for the international officials and our domestic officials as well.

Non of the judges had a vested interest in either fighter, and the result of the fight was as they saw it.

I personally would like to see a rematch between these two great fighters for a title worthy of them both.

Yours in Muay Thai

Ryan Rudkin
