Hi Dave - missed you x

Rokdad - sorry mate, I misunderstood your question. Thought you meant e-reader devices. Yes, I can send you a .PDF, just drop me a mail. One of the functions of the book is that by adding your own notes, it grows into a personal journal and I think even if you use .PDF editing software, this will be cumbersome. And it wont be so easy to use it in the gym. Tbh, I really think the actual book will be more useful to you but like I say, drop me a mail and I'll sort something out. Today! lol

I took the first, proof copy to training last month and the students loved it. I just left it on the side and said they could look through it. They were like kids at Xmas! What followed was "can we do this move?", "why is his guard there?", "how do I...", "how is this pronounced?" etc. In short, all the students were fully occupied with the contents and I threw the lesson plan out of the window. Instead, we covered half a dozen drills from the book and had an excellent session. Every one of the students ordered a copy!

I can offer great discount on multiple orders so if any instructors want to sell this new book from their gym, just drop me a line.
