Zorro

It was Mr Yuts 3rd night lastnight he opend up more with different techniques and seems to have settled in more now but still difficult to say how he rates with the others on such a short time ?

Out of the ones named Chanrit Sit O was best but was a fighter not a trainer as i stated earlier im trying to show Mr Yut how to run a class as he as only been a trainer in Thai camps where people can come & go anytime over a 4 hour period he still cannot understand that people work & still do Muay Thai and is shocked how many ladies train LOL

Chanrit was one helluva fighter (from personal experience! LOL) :)
I met him again this year at Jitti Gym. He had just come back from a training trip in Japan.
He has now moved in to training/teaching and is doing very well.

Dean White says

Noi666 yes Chanrit as been to Japan China & Hong Kong but never lasts too long he gets homesick too quick i spoke with him last time in Thailand he was saying he wanted to go back to Ankit but i can do without the doom and gloom after hes been here 2 weeks missing his son !

Mr Yut is a coach who never gets frustrated & keeps on until the technique is correct he also as a slight different style of teaching then any other Thai i have had here before maybe because he is a out and out coach but everything is looking good the new lads as well as the experienced ones are loving it 2 seminars booked only 1 left !!

They offered me a job Phil!
They've got a place in Morely as well just up from where our lasses mum lives. Long story short is that they were happy to give me a job on the strength of me having a "little martial arts background" and they'd "polish off the edges" from "all that Thai suff"!!

Bearing in mind that it was them that phoned me, not the other way round... grrrr!

Christ almighty, they think they are good bcos they have the biggest sign in England abve their club. I think its £100 or something to be a memeber as well. This was 5 years or so ago when I heard about all this so might have changed now but I doubt it.

Id better not say anymore or one of their robed sifus will be coming round to karate chop my neck.

Dave, Phil,

The guy you're talking about in Morley has nothing to do with the gym above mine. Mine is on the ground floor below the one with the big sign. Its packed every day aswell. Maybe kickboxing prices are dearer than ours or people just daft. They have a choice upstairs or downstairs at a fifth of the cost yet they still go up, the mind boggles.
DaveA
Posted: 2007-02-16 12:10:08
Doesn't it just!
Guess there's a bit of jealousy on my part too. I wish I had the brass neck to go all "McDojo" and charge through the nose.

Then again, I prefer to have my guys walk out with a smile on their faces knowing that they've been charged a reasonable rate for quality tuition :)

Sorry for taking it off topic ;)

Just had pleasure of training with Mr Yut at Leeds gym, hes been here one week and now gyms empty, everyone knackered. Unbeleivable how strong the guy is, even the heavyweights cannot move him.

Different to the other trainers Deans had over, as have all been fighters. Mr Yut an out and out trainer, now i know why the thais are so strong after what the trainers put them through. Also very thorough and makes sure everything is done correct.

Mr Yut as stated as trained Kowponglek & Thongchai both Thailand fighters of the year !!!

He also assisted in the early training of Namkabuan & Numpol Nongkee Pahuyuth before moving to the Tor Silachai camp full time.

Also very humble polite guy and to Mr Tobins shock does not touch the booze or smoke :)

Last nights paper,

Is Mr Yut the Secret?

Have Leeds United discovered a new lucky mascot in their hour of need?

Dennis Wise and his squad were visted at Thorpe Arch last week by Mr Yut, one of Thailands most respected and successful trainers.

The visit was arranged by local trainer and united fan Mick Tobin and Tore Andre Flo, Aramando Sa, were among the players given an introduction and fine art of muay thai.

Mr Yut spent the afternoon wishing Wise and Chok Dee (good luck).

In the days since Leeds have beaten Luton and drawn with Leicester, only the second time this season the club have completed succesive league games without defeat.

I doubt whether he has heard of Southend Utd, but his presence at Roots Hall would not go a miss

OK we did not win today, but did not loose either.

Deans back tommorrow, so looks like Wisey will be bringing Healy Cressa and co to the gym for some extra training.
