Seminar with the Champs 2
Hi all Saturday 4th July we will be holding a seminar with Liam Harrison & Andy Howson @ Sapphire Gym in Huyton. Anyone who has been to one of these will know how good they are very informative and a great laugh with these two stars of muaythai.

Brilliant day thanx to Liam and Andy for another great seminar, this is our 3rd now and we learn something new everytime. Just going to get ready now for caddens stag doo! Carnage x

Thanks to Si and all at Sapphire gym for having us over again last weekend, had a great day and hopefully everybody enjoyed the seminar and went home learning something? And oh dear scandal stagdo was a right laugh afterwards,lol.
