my mates over in the usa have been talking about the paleo(cave man) diet for years, anyway one of the guys that is at the forefront of it all has done a book on it, they swear by it! the book has really taken off and is amazons #1 diet book which is unbelievable!

Paleo 'diet' in my opinion is a great base... I think each individuals macronutrient ratio is different (fat, protein and carb) and needs to be adjusted. But the basis of this is great in my opinion.
i have seen what this diet does to people, even the women that eat like this have bulging muscles and low body fat! they recon its about 70% diet 30% exercise! they all recon it will lead to them living a longer life with less ilness also, i think the book goes in depth in to everything
Food is what we are made of really - cells don't magically get made in the body from nothing. "You are what you eat".
It only makes sense that if you eat real foods that the body is stronger.

basically hawkman it eating how cavemen eat, saying that is what the human body has evolved to eat over thousand of years and by eating carbs and gluten products you are poisoning yourself with products humans have not evolved to eat and struggle digesting, so its meat fruit and veg. i did it for 3 months and cut 10kgs but i was well out of shape.
